From his 9 years of process and systems training in the Air Force to a proven online track record since 2001, Lee has generated over $350 Million in sales for himself and his clients leveraging his trademarked Hybrid Marketing™ strategies. Lee has spoken to business and marketing audiences on worldwide stages since 2007 including USA, Costa Rica, Singapore, Malaysia to name a few. With skills beyond entrepreneurship, Lee is Six Sigma Blackbelt certified, has 15+ years mid to senior level corporate management experience and while working for Ross Perot’s company EDS as the Global Network Performance Manager he tested and leveraged his Hybrid strategies to grow the Network Performance from a liability weeks away from layoffs into a major profit center growing the reach from 1 to over 300 clients, each paying an average of $1M/year, in just 3 short years. Finally, Lee has personally worked, spoken on stage and/or co-authored books, courses, or materials alongside the greatest names in online and offline marketing including Frank Kern, Mike Filsaime, Joe Vitale, Mark Joyner, Ben Mack (from BBD&O), and was hand-selected for the special Internet Marketing team for for real estate legend Robert G. Allen and Mark Victor Hansen (co-author Chicken Soup for the Soul).

Started at the ripe young age of 17 when he was bitten by the entrepreneur bug, Josh has been helping companies of all sizes grow their brand, web presence and sales force for over 16 years – helping them generate millions in sales repeatedly. In 2005 Josh helped a major conference sales company based in Dallas, TX grow from less than $50,000 to over $7 Million in sales within one calendar year. In 2009 Josh helped an Austin, TX tech startup grow a network sales organization to over 15,000 reps in a single month, with six of those reps going on to become authority figures in the direct sales industry. Josh has also been a featured speaker on stages all across the United States and Canada on the subjects of sales, entrepreneurship, and branding. In 2009 at the Wynn in Las Vegas in front of 4500 people, Josh was the key speaker on growing a network marketing sales organization.
